Agarwood is a natural material. Variations in bead color, shape, grain, tone, resin patterns, scent intensity, natural pores, small natural insect holes, growth marks, and other naturally occurring characteristics may be present from piece to piece.
Handmade enamel details and hand-finishing may also show subtle variations in color, texture, pattern, and finishing.
These natural and handmade characteristics are inherent to the materials and craft and are not considered damage or product defects.
